ACTION
Ivermectin inactivates parasitic nematodes, archnids, and insects. Its action on the nematodes is by inhibiting signal transmission from the ventral cord interneurons to the excitatory motor neurons. At therapeutic doses, Ivermectin has no effect on mammals since their GABA systems are confined in the central nervous system into which ivermectin does not penetrate readily. Ivermectin is unrelated structurally to any of the presently available parasiticides. Because of this and its unique mode of action not shared by any other antiparasitic agent, cross resistance does not occur.

INDICATION
For the treatment of the Ketosis, Parturient, Allergy, Milk fever, MMA syndrome, Arthritis, Eczeme, Otitis, Hardness caused by inflammation, Pneumonia, Bronchitis, Azotemia, Tendinitis, Metritis and Vaginitis in cattle, horses, swine, dogs and cats.
ACTION
Dexamethasone is a synthetic glucocorticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic action. SI DEXA inj / HI-DEXA inj is widely indicated for ketosis, various inflammations, allergic diseases, shock in operation and combined therapy with antibiotics. Sl DEXA inj / HI-DEXA inj stimulates mammary gland directly, so that it can treat the problem of MMA syndrome. And SI DEXA inj / HI-DEXA inj shows effects without resulting in weakness of defence mechanism against infectious diseases.
